Brains, beauty and a booming bling biz — We sat down with the sweet souled sisters’ behind the brand, bonded over friendship rings and forced them to show us their Right Hands!

Company Name: The Right Hand Gal
Founders and Designers:  Randi and Shawna Herlich.
Hometown: Montreal, Quebec.
Number of years in the biz: 6 years.
If you could sum up your collections look and aesthetic in three words, what would they be? Casual diamond jewelry.
Why the Name Right Hand Gal: “The LEFT hand is reserved for misters but the RIGHT hand is reserved for the sisters.”  Our brand is all  about empowering women to buy their own genuine jewelry. Something for me, from me!
How did you get into the industry: We were personal shoppers for years and realized that there was a huge gap in the accessories market. Our clients wanted elegant, well designed “real” jewels that they could wear everyday and frankly we had a tough fulfilling this request. So from a certified need came our blingy solution, we decided to get into the biz and The Right Hand Gal was born.
What inspires your collections: Nature, children, environments, emotions, relationships & love.
Tell us about your NOBLE = NO BULL™ initiative: When we were in high school we had a good friend who lived in California. She was very beautiful , smart and popular and it made her a target for a group of jealous girls. In those days, no one called it bullying but she was being tormented and sadly took her own life. Our NOBLE=NO BULL™ pendant was designed to be a tangible reminder for kids & adults alike to commit to being noble individuals and to strive for excellence in character.  The number on the back of each pendant represents your place in the NOBLE army of goodwill- We started at NOBLE #1 and we are going into production of our NOBLE # 6000 pendant.
What is exciting and coming down the pipelines: We are launching our own perfume this spring.
If you weren’t designing Jewelry what would you be doing? We both adore where we are BUT…..
Randi: I would share my collection of poems and music that I have been composing all my life
Shawna: I can’t imagine doing anything else quite frankly- I live and breathe The Right Hand Gal
